His track record of delivering large complex developments for clients across a broad range of assets and on several continents gives him unique insight into all aspects of the industry.
Delivering luxury resorts and residential projects for clients as exacting as Wynn Resorts and Crown has given him unique development perspective which he shares for the benefit of our valued partners. His network of skilled specialists and inspiring collaborators spans the globe, covering every aspect of the industry. Regardless of whether it’s the boardroom or the construction site, Todd brings his vast experience and ethos of accountability to every one of our investments.
Lawrence Myers is a highly regarded executive and non-executive director with more than 30 years of experience spanning consumer retail, financial advisory, and corporate governance, with a track record of advising some of Australia’s most iconic retail brands.
He is the Founder and Managing Director of MBP Advisory, while also holding several board positions, including Non-Executive Chairman of VGI Partners Asian Investments Limited, and Non-Executive Director of both Accent Group Limited and VGI Partners Global Investments Limited, where he chairs the Audit & Risk Committees.
Michael Uzunovski is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management, reporting, and investment oversight. He is recognised for his expertise in supporting complex investment structures across the property sector as well as a broad range of asset classes.
With a strong focus on financial analysis, budgeting, and planning, Michael regularly provides strategic guidance to high-performing ventures and investment projects. His disciplined approach to financial stewardship ensures accuracy, transparency, and alignment with long-term objectives.
Leslie Cockerell is a senior finance and investment professional with over 20 years’ experience in real estate capital markets. As Investment Manager, she is responsible for structuring and executing funding solutions across site acquisitions, development financing, and investment strategy.
Leslie has held roles at Macquarie Bank, ANZ, Westpac, and Igneo Infrastructure Partners, where she developed deep expertise in debt structuring, equity investment, and financial advisory. Her strong analytical skills and impeccable commercial judgement support the firm’s high-performance investment decisions and capital deployment activities.
