One Toorak Place, Toorak
This exclusive mixed-use development features fully serviced luxury residences, premium commercial suites, ground-floor dining, and boutique retail spaces. One Toorak Place delivers a rare balance of privacy, luxury, and walkable convenience. NPACT has partnered with Orchard Piper to realise this project.
Toorak Village, Toorak
This boutique mixed-use development comprising nine luxury residences, five premium strata offices, and curated ground-floor premium retail. Developed in partnership with Orchard Piper, featuring architecture by the acclaimed Kerry Hill Architecture and landscapers Dangar Barin Smith.
Two Tides, Manly
Located, this boutique development offers just 24 luxury residences and a small ground-floor retail component is situated just moments from Sydney’s iconic Manly Beach. Designed by acclaimed architects SJB, the project is a result of a close partnership between NPACT and Time & Place.

This boutique collection of 13 residences and ground floor retail amenity offers refined living with exceptional connectivity just moments from Rushcutters Bay Park. Designed by Woods Bagot to capture the best of Sydney, the project is the result of close partnership between NPACT and award winning developer Third.i Group.
Marlborough House, Surry Hills
This adaptive reuse project merges heritage charm with modern sophistication, offering high-end residences in one of Sydney’s most vibrant precincts. Delivered by Time & Place in partnership with NPACT.
North Steyne, Manly
Located on Manly’s iconic beachfront, this boutique residential development offers a curated selection of larger luxury apartments in one of the most desirable addresses on Manly’s waterfront. The project is the second collaboration between NPACT and Time & Place in this iconic Sydney precinct.
Clayton Industrial Park - Melbourne
This 10-hectare site is set to deliver approximately 60,000 square metres of state-of-the-art warehousing to Melbourne’s thriving south-eastern industrial corridor. NPACT partnering alongside MaxCap Group, in support of Troon Group to create of a new benchmark for Melbourne’s industrial landscape.
